Medical Facility Security Site Supervisor
Position Name : UAB MED West Shift Supervisor
Position Summary :
Security Engineers is actively seeking a second / third shift supervisor interested in a career in the private security industry.
We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be part of and work in a team environment.
Previous military, law enforcement and / or 3 years security with supervisory experience for priority hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Report to Project Manager and provide updates and reports as required
- Administers Guard management software to all locations
- Maintains security post instructions
- Delivering training where applicable
- Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Experience Qualifications :
- Previous 3 years security supervisory experience managing 10 or more employees
- Prior military and / or law enforcement experience preferred
Education Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer and customer service skills
Uncommon Physical Requirements :
Perform routine lengthy foot patrols
