Security Finance is hiring an Employee Relations Coordinator!
As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you can expect to:
- Investigate and respond to employee complaints and grievances as assigned by Employee Relations Specialist
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including making disciplinary and termination recommendations
- Give final approval of termination submissions after reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Administers ADA/ADAAA
- Provide backup for unemployment claims
- Provide backup in administering recognition programs, including service and performance awards
- Cross-train and provide backup for other duties when needed, including exit surveys and employment verification
- Other duties as assigned
- Prompt and regular attendance is required
You could be a great addition as an Employee Relations Coordinator, if you have:
- 2 – 4 years of Employee Relations and ADA/ADAAA experience
- General knowledge of human resources principles and practices and employment law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as investigative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with proven experience in MS Office
