As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to the hiring company’s team.

Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for benefits.

What you get to do (in a snap-shot) :

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward multi-line phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Provide general information to clients and visitors.
