What You’ll Do:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and forward-thinking Senior Funding Advisor to join our vibrant Sales. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a tangible impact in the world of business finance and thrives in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in the sales function while embodying our core values of service excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm leads: all of our calls are either inbound or outbound to small business owners who have actively applied to receive funding for their business.
  • Underwriting approval; understanding the client’s needs, presenting the funding offer, covering; rates, terms, payback and obtaining the client’s agreement via digital signature.
  • Consistently hit or exceed weekly quotas.
  • Become extremely knowledgeable about small business owners, their challenges, their industry, their priorities and how funding can help them with their business needs.

What You Bing:

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record with minimum 3-5 years in sales(Required)
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Experience managing a pipeline of 20-30 clients per week.
  • 3 years Financial Services sales (Ex. Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Business Funding).
  • Experience working with small-to-medium size business owners.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Experience using Gong software.
  • Our ideal candidate has a competitive spirit, high energy, faster learner, positive attitude, organized and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a major institution or equivalent experience(Preferred).
