What You’ll Do:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and forward-thinking Revenue Operations Analyst to join our vibrant Revenue Operations department. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a tangible impact in the world of business finance and thrives in a stimulating, fast-paced environment. As a key player on our team, you will be instrumental in the Revenue Operations function while embodying our core values of service excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Operations team by adding a skilled analyst that will work cross functionally on a variety of projects to help grow and scale the org.

• You will work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and IT to create and present detailed reports and analysis that drive actionable results.

• Pipeline and revenue management

• Lead flow analysis and lead performance measurement

• Performing sales data analysis and reviewing metrics

• Interpreting and presenting data results to drive recommendations for improvements and offer guidance for management and executive team

• Utilize our current toolset to help improve efficiencies

• Manage attainment and reporting for Sales incentives

• Other tasked as assigned

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst role within an SMB-focused, high-growth organization [Required]

• Demonstrated ROI-focused approach

• Proven experience in lead generation and management

• Prior experience in startup environments

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, mathematics, or a related field from a reputable institution, or equivalent experience [Required]; Master's degree preferred

Skills and Abilities:

Technical Proficiency:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce, Five9, Gong, Docusign, Cake, Domo, and Asana

• Advanced MS Excel skills [Required]

• Experience in web marketing is highly desirable

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Keen understanding of small businesses and their unique challenges

Project Management:

• Solid project management experience

• Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
