Do you have AP experience and an admin background? Would you like to have every weekend off and get done by 330pm daily? We are currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist for an office in Eau Claire.

POSITION – AP Specialists

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – ASAP

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-hire or Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm)

STARTING PAY – $24-$26/hour DOE

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, additional administrative experience helpful

The AP Specialist will perform the day-to-day accounts payable duties as well as some additional customer service and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Receive AP invoices (email and physical) enter into system against PO and/or Job Orders
• Running credit cards
• Answering phones
• Administrative duties
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of AP experience required plus additional administrative work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, Outlook). Vista Experience is a huge plus!
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Proficiency in general office procedures such as answering phones, and data entry
• Proficiency with computers including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook 365 and Cloud Based One Drive
• Some customer service – however not a heavily customer facing position
