This position is providing office support to existing staff, checking trucks for correct pickup and loads, and general office duties as needed. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Dispatch Assistant
1st shift hours available
$17/hr (qualifications dependent)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Must have excellent telephone communication skills
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous office work in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Math, communication, and comprehensive skills to interface with transportation and dispatch
- Solid Computer skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to perform job tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
- Must be able to support existing office staff and multi-task
