Position – Property Maintenance

Job Location – Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) With rotating on call!

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $17 to $20 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience

You will be responsible for completing maintenance work requests. Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance of floors and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments made to residents, families, visitors, and employees in a timely manner without additional requests.

- Show courtesy and respect to all customers in both word and action

- Prioritize and schedule workload to ensure timely completion.

- Assist Manager with coordinating and guiding building maintenance projects to completion, including communication with others.

- Develop maintenance schedules (i.e., floors, equipment, systems, etc.) as assigned.

Qualifications

- Experience in operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- This job requires the basic ability to read, write, add, and subtract numbers and follow oral and written instructions.

- Ability to relate to others in a positive manner.

- Involves frequent lifting (over 50 pounds), on feet most of time, involves bending, twisting, working at heights or on irregular surfaces. Work involves exposure to health hazards, odors, and uncomfortable temperatures.
