About The RoleAs a team leader at Seeking Alpha, you will play a pivotal role in driving on-platform growth for the company by focusing on how we can effectively convert our free user base into high-value subscribers. You will have end-to-end ownership over a critical part of our subscriber funnel, including the experimentation strategy, campaigns, paywalls, messaging, and conversion flows. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey using experimentation and leading a team of experienced growth marketers. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for driving the strategy and execution with a team of talented engineers, analysts, and designers. We’re looking for someone to partner and collaborate across various internal teams, develop a deep understanding of our customers and funnels, be growth-oriented, and move key metrics.
This is a high visibility role, with a great opportunity to make a large impact.
The applicable salary range for this position is $130,000/yr to $160,000/yr which depends on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand

Responsibilities:
- Own our mobile conversion strategy, which spans multiple product offerings and channels.
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Seeking Alpha to shift to a mobile-first approach.
- Manage each stage of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, hypothesis formation, development, launch, learning, and further iteration.
- Be obsessive about conversion rates, experimentation, and user experience.
- Work cross-functionally with the design, development, and data teams to execute your initiatives and iterate on them.
- Partner closely with the customer acquisition team to open new channels and optimize strategies based on specific channels with a mobile-first traffic source.
- Be super data-driven while being responsive to user feedback.
- 5 years of hands-on experience doing on-platform growth and experimentation.
- Experience managing a team while also driving your own initiatives
- A strong background in investing and equity markets.
- Detail-oriented, along with a precise and clear communication style.
- Outstanding product management skills, including spec writing, mockups, and data analysis.
- Experience working closely with developers on a technical level.
- A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects.
- A strong passion for AB Testing.
- Working at a publisher or subscription business is strongly preferred.
