Utilize Cloudlex- case management software 
Maintain calendar, track court dates, motions, deadlines
Prepare motions, proposed orders, Notices of entry, Notes of Issue, Notices of Claim
Research property ownership, DMV, background and addresses of defendants
General office oversight - cleaners, exterminators, shredding service, office supplies, 
Run weekly payroll, track staff time off, assist staff with benefits 
Liaison with building management, submit requests for services 
Work with IT consultant, assist staff with technical issues
Requirements:
College Degree
10 years personal injury experience 
Knowledge of NYSCEF, Microsoft Office, Word, WordPerfect, Adobe, LexisNexis, Acris, 
NYS DMV, NYS Corp search
