Your Impact:
- Manage financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist in budget processes.
- Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets.
- Maintain documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and excel in monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with processing and reporting deadlines.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Over 4 years of accounting experience, with experience in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Numeracy, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Yardi experience preferred; Microsoft 365 (excel/outlook) required.
