Segrera Associates is conducting a search for a talented Senior Financial Analyst for a fast growing healthcare company in Orlando, FL. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, financial analysis, and SQL.

Hybrid Schedule (WFH2 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on key performance indicators
• Building queries & reports with SQL and Excel to assist with GL, AR analysis, assist operations and general data reporting
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Perform cash flow analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2 years of corporate SQL experience - MUST
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP formulas, SUMIF formulas and data manipulation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
