Segrera Associates is Hiring a Senior Search Consultant Near Tampa, FL

Great opportunity to join a team oriented professional talent & solutions firm who has partnered with executives & hiring managers to drive new business and identify world class talent. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new prospective clients & candidates frequently. This professional will have an ability to develop new client business in the Tampa, Sarasota, &/or Orlando markets and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through interview questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective accounting/finance candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned goals. *Must be living in Tampa, Sarasota, or Orlando*

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client business through existing relationships, cold calling, ad-chasing, networking events, and Linked-In.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain new client partnerships by meeting with CEO’s, CFO’s, Directors of Accounting & Finance, Controllers, and HR professionals.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible Accounting & Finance candidates for future open positions
  • Generate leads using Boolean logic and key word searches through LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Networking Events, and Referrals.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Manage new/existing client relationships by communicating with Accounting Managers, Controllers, Directors, Vice Presidents of Accounting/Finance, CFO's and HR professionals
  • Meet weekly goals related to calls, emails and in-person visits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of Business Development and Recruiting. Accounting & Finance preferred
  • Ability to work well both on a team and also as an independent contributor
  • Strong sense of urgency and at ease working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Discipline to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple time-sensitive deadlines
