About the Role:
The role is a service operation role as an expense specialist who will be working for customer service department, and responsible for budget, cost and settlement management, overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the team's operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Forecast and plan budget allocations, and monitor budgets.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of service expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness of accruals, develop and maintain policies and procedures for the accrual to ensure consistency and compliance with accounting standards.
Responsible for creating reports and presentations on financial performance, tracking expenses and analyzing cost trends and variances, providing recommendations for process improvements or cost savings initiatives.
Review and approve expenses for accuracy and policy compliance, manage reimbursement requests from vendors, resolve any discrepancies or issues, respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensure that payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of service budgets and expenses in the company's financial records and systems.
Participate in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the team is operating within budget and in a cost-effective manner.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies and improve the overall financial health of the customer service team, and reconcile properly and allocate service expenses to the appropriate cost centers or projects.
Participate regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
Job Requirements:
Have minimum 2 years of relevant experience (financing/accounting).
Have a thorough understanding of company expense policies and procedures, strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
