SEI is Hiring an Operations Analyst, Inst Private Client Near Oaks, PA

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Institutional Private Client (IPC) billing and client reporting team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional administration servicing for our investment manager clients. As an operations analyst, you will support investment managers with end-client billing and end-client reporting.
What you will do:
  • As the record keeper of billing and client reporting, you will prepare and send out end client invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis. Additionally, you will verify fee schedules are calculated accurately, balances on custodian statements for accounts are billed solely on custodian values, and post estimated fee amounts to the accounting system.
  • In the reporting function, you will be responsible for monthly data loading for all clients; review and resolve differences relating to intra-system reconciliations; process end client reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. To ensure reporting accuracy, you will perform validation checks on the end client reports.
  • You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.

What we need from you:
  • BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Internship experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
  • Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.
