SEJ Services is seeking a Technical Manager Assistant to join the team in Greer, SC. The successful candidate will oversee all branch operations. The ideal candidate will have service industry management experience, strong attention to detail, and superior managerial skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, proactive communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The position reports to the Regional Manager and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- As the Technical Manager Assistant (Paintline/Paintbooth Service), you assist the Technical Manager, salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and hourly team members in the delivery our services. What are the skills necessary for success?
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent team builder and visionary leader.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
- What education and experience are needed for success?
- 7 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing paintline/paintbooth service environment required.
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
- Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience.
