Sela Roofing and Remodeling is hiring an Account Receivable Specialist.
Location: Onsite - St Louis Park
Overview of Expectations: The Accounts Payable Specialist position is a full-time on-site position. This position works closely with our Accounting Team and must interact in a polite and courteous manner.
A few of the duties Include:
- Bank Recs.
- Process Vendor invoices & Reconcile Statements.
- Track vendor payment and receipts.
- Process credit card payments.
- Track Vendor Certificates of Insurance
- Maintain payment status information in Acculynx (CRM Software).
- Point of contact for Insurance Companies.
- Draft final documents, lien documentation etc.
- Admin, filing and phone support.
- Track vehicle tab renewals & insurance support.
- Provide weekly Commission and Job Cost reports.
Successful Candidates will have:
3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
Tech savvy with experience using databases.
Thorough- with an attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and stay organized.
Dependable, willing to work overtime during our busy season if necessary.
