- Develop intricate financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Craft compelling presentation materials that communicate complex analyses effectively.
- Utilize knowledge of renewable energies or experience with energy transitions strategically during project origination phase
- Work closely with leadership and CFO on end-to-end M&A activities

Required Skills:
- Building Complex Financial Modeling, conduct due diligence, and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Prior experience working on M&A deals is essential (ideally Investment Banking, Corporate Development or PE).
- Produce and present PowerPoint presentation Material for senior leadership
- Renewables Experience: Prior exposure to renewables or related sectors would be valuable
- Confident communicator
