Summary: We are currently partnered with an innovative industrial company looking to build out their team with Corporate Development Manager. This Corporate Development Manager will have the opportunity to join a highly acquisitive team and be a part of small and large acquisitions. This team is in high growth mode and open to seeing Senior Manager level candidates for the team as well.
Location: Florida
Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support investment decisions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential targets and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful integrations
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, advisors, and industry contacts
Manager Corporate Development Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A deal experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- Relevant M&A Experience
