My client, a Quantitative Asset Manager, is seeking an individual Workday/HRIS Business Systems Analyst to join their team and work closely with business partners to provide functional and technical support for all HR initiatives within the Workday application. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Workday application and a strong understanding of best practices within the Workday framework. This is a hybrid work model in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for functional and technical questions on Workday
- Manage and configure updates to Workday by working cross-functionally internally
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
- Assist in developing user procedures, guidelines, and training materials within Workday
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Computer Science, or related concentration is required
- 2 years of experience on the workday platform with experience in the HR domain
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
