Job Overview:

A leading private equity firm specializing in healthcare companies is looking to bring on an Investor Relations Associate to support the Head of Business Development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Prepare and distribute investor communications, including quarterly reports, presentations, and fund performance updates.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of fundraising activities, including drafting marketing materials and supporting investor meetings.
• Maintain investor databases and ensure accuracy of investor records and contact information.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and investment professionals, to gather information and fulfill investor requests.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing investor relations strategies.
• Support the development and implementation of investor events and conferences.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with investors and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of private equity and alternative investments preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
