Job Description: As a Private Credit Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the origination, underwriting, and management of private credit investments. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the private credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.
• Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments, including performance tracking and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports to support investment decisions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, or a related financial services role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
