Description : As a Private Equity Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in the firm's investment process, from deal origination to execution and portfolio management. You'll conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to assess investment opportunities, helping the firm make informed decisions about potential acquisitions or investments. Additionally, you'll work closely with senior members of the team to evaluate strategic initiatives and growth opportunities for portfolio companies, providing valuable insights and support in implementing value creation strategies. The Private Equity Associate will be responsible for:

• Execution of broader market and industry research
• Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and return analysis for various investment targets

The Private Equity Associate should have the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of of Investment Banking experience with a strong middle market/bulge bracket Investment Bank
• Bachelor's Degree
