Title: Producer/Underwriter (Personal Lines)
Location: Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain & grow book of business
- Point of contact for clients & maintain agency relationships
- Increase new and renewal business through marketing efforts
- Rate, quote and bind each risk to assess acceptability, coverage & pricing for large or complex renewals & new business
- Create and submit underwriting referrals
- Lead & mentor junior Underwriters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Must have a minimum 3 years experience in underwriting personal lines
- E&S experience required
- Interest in continued education/ professional development
- Insurance license, CPCU or CIC preferred
