We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Finance Analyst with experience in real estate to join a team in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial analysis and management of real estate projects, including acquisitions, developments, and asset management activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a thorough understanding of real estate markets and financing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for real estate projects, including cash flow projections, ROI, and IRR calculations.
• Assist in the evaluation and underwriting of potential real estate acquisitions and development projects.
• Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of real estate assets within the portfolio, identifying opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (asset management, development, acquisitions) to gather and analyze data for ongoing projects.
• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of financing for real estate transactions, including debt and equity financing.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial models, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project finance, investment analysis, or asset management within the real estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with real estate valuation software.
• Solid understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financing structures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
