Our client, a premier private equity real estate fund with over $7bn in assets, has retained Selby Jennings to find a Director to join their asset management team. This asset manager would work alongside the acquisitions team on all live deals and have deep involvement in leasing, property management, operations, development, business planning, and dispositions. The leadership team is highly regarded in the industry all joining from world-renowned real estate funds. This is a long-term opportunity with ample room to move upward within the firm.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in CRE Asset Management
• Comprehensive knowledge across multiple CRE product sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to structure internal processes and procedures.
• Proficient in CRE financial analysis.
• Demonstrated management courage and comfort challenging prior business plans/strategies.
• Willingness to develop and mentor direct and indirect reports.
