For nearly 90 years, this boutique P&C Insurance Firm has provided commercial auto insurance to companies of all sizes, spanning all industries. From school systems to utility companies, they've brought coverage and peace of mind to thousands. Some other services they provide are general liability, inland marine, auto liability, and reinsurance.

The company is looking to hire a Manager Manager to work on-site in their Atlanta, Georgia office, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This is STRICLTY in-office 5x a week, and the candidate is expected to have 3-5 years of relevant sales, lead generation, or marketing experience within Commercial Insurance. Details below:

Maintain company-agent relationships, support VP of Marketing in analyzing market activities, rate filings, and marketing results. Identify and solicit new business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify business opportunities; manage accounts/agency programs.
• Maintain relationships with decision makers and staff of target/client agencies.
• Prepare presentations for the VP of Marketing.
• Assist in negotiating contract terms.
• Coordinate with staff and service providers for agreements, licensing, and filings.
• Attend marketing conferences to meet potential agents and support programs.
• Troubleshoot issues between company departments and agents.
• Monitor competitor products and marketing activities.
• Travel as needed; visit potential and existing clients.
• Assist with reinsurer interactions regarding pricing.

Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.
• Experience in marketing insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and commission formulas.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization.
• 3 to 5 years of Commercial Insurance experience.
• In-office work required; no remote work.
