Responsibilities:

• Triage support issues and data inquiries and escalate to internal teams as needed
• Provide onboarding support for new applications and perform release management
• Monitor and manage a support queue
• Propose improvements and enhancements to app development teams
• Support system access certification initiatives, automation efforts for reporting, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, and production software releases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Application Support or related role
• Professional experience troubleshooting and analyzing in Microsoft Windows and AWS environment
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Professional experience with SQL, BI tools, and DevOps principles
