Senior Audit Manager, Treasury/Capital Markets

Location - NYC or Philadelphia

Compensation - 150-190k base

I am currently working with a Global Investment Bank to grow out their Internal Audit team, specifically by adding a Senior Audit Manager within their Treasury and Capital Markets group.

Ideal candidates have 10 years of experience managing / overseeing end to end audit activities surrounding treasury, capital markets, finance, liquidity risk, and balance sheet management. Additionally, the team is ideally looking for someone who has strong people management skills as you will be responsible for directly overseeing a team of 5.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and execute a variety of audit engagements within the Treasury/Capital Markets space
• Act as a SME, interacting and assisting business leaders and stakeholders as needed
• Guide, coach, and oversee audit staff with the execution of the audit plan
• Contribute to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of the overall audit strategy

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in Internal Audit, ideally covering Treasury or another related function
• Strong people management skills
• Familiarity with relevant regulations/standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or another related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
