Overview:

Our client is a financial technology company that offers SaaS solutions to institutional investors. Since 2018, they have provided a leading analytics platform for collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), widely used by many firms for investment analysis of CLO bonds. In 2022, they expanded their offerings with a trade and portfolio management platform that supports all asset classes.

They are looking for a Technical Client Services Analyst to familiarize themselves with either the portfolio management platform or CLO platform, and provide clients and prospects with the information needed to successfully utilize these platforms. Proficiency with Excel is a must. The individual in this role could potentially build out dynamic Excel sheets using their Excel plugin. The individual in this role could potentially build custom metrics for clients using Python as well.

Responsibilities:

• Guide users through ways to better leverage their offerings.
• Create and update video guides and written guides on how to use the software platforms.
• Deep dive into data on the platform and figure out how data is connected across the platform.
• Create Excel sheets based on client requests using the their plugin to pull in data and run calculations.
• Create custom metrics for clients using Python.
• Support clients via Web, Excel, and API.

Qualifications:

• General familiarity of financial concepts across multiple asset classes
• Experience in a financial operations role at a buy side or sell side firm
• Experience supporting clients
• Experience with Excel
• Basic knowledge of Python (optional)
