A top regional bank in Wisconsin is looking to hire a Third-Party Risk Manager to develop & implement a TPRM framework for the firm. This person will be responsible for building out the firm's Third-Party Risk frameworks, assessing risks across all business lines, managing vendor monitoring, and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards.

Ideal candidates will have 4 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, the ability to challenge senior leaders on gaps/risks, and previous experience developing enterprise-wide frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement the firm's Third-Party Risk Management frameworks
• Maintain policies, procedures, and standards and ensure compliance across the firm
• Carry out risk assessments, root cause analysis, risk identification, etc.
• Effectively challenge the business on key risks and help create remediation plans
• Liase with Regulators, Senior Management, & the Board
• Organize governance committee meetings and present risks / action plans to senior management

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience covering Third-Party Risk Management
• Previous experience developing frameworks, policies, procedures
• The ability to work with a number of stakeholders, teams, divisions, etc. both internally and externally
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Previous leadership experience is also preferred
