My client, a leading investment management firm in Boston, is looking to hire on a new Business Systems Analyst to join their team. An ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the Workday application and will have the ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support on all HR initiatives within Workday
• Work closely with the team to plan and design any changes within Workday
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to manage and configure updates to Workday
• Assist with the development and updates to HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for distribution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science
• 2 years of experience on the Workday Platform in the HR domain
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
