- MS office suite(MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS word) and Adobe suite
- Customer service exp (answer emails, messages, phone calls, etc.)
- Need someone who can speak to members provide empathy, in emotional situations and keep details confidential.
- HR exp (Benefits experience, Understand leave of absence needs)
- Experience working with a Public Charity or similar experience
Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Shifts: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
