Responsibilities
•Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
•Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
•Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
•Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
•Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
Qualifications
•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
•Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
•One year of work experience in real estate
•Has a real estate license
•Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
•Team player who believes their success is the team's success
