Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Master Social Worker located in Jackson, MI. The Licensed Master Social Worker will be responsible for providing counselling and support services to individuals and families, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation and records, participating in case conferences, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification
• Experience in counselling and providing support services
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited school of social work with a Masters
• BLS - AHA
• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
