My name is Merry, and I am a Recruitment Professional with Select Source International, a global staffing agency contracted to recruit teammates for the NFL Flag Championship in Canton, Ohio.

Job Title: NFL Guest Services Representative / NFL Football Volunteer

Location: Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio

Duration: July 16th, 2024, thru July 21st, 2024, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Pay Rate/Range: $18 per hour

Job Description:

Positions are a combination of fan-facing service (running games, exhibit queue lines, wayfinding) and technology roles (camera, tablet QR scanner). Positions will be constantly interacting with fans and require a strong hospitality skill set. A good portion of these positions are high intensity, requiring staff to be on their feet for the majority of their shifts. Most positions are located outdoors. Primary focus of technology related positions, including taking pictures and registering guests on the NFL’s OnePass application.

NFL Flag Championships will feature the following activations: 

• 40-Yard Dash 

• Hail Mary

• Vertical Jump

• Bench Press Photo Op

• Sponsor Activations, NFL Merch, and more!

Items Provided to Teammates:

• Parking

• Uniform (likely T-shirt, hat/visor, clear cinch bag)

• Boxed Lunch (shifts > 5 hours)

• Water and Gatorade

Responsibilities:

Vary based on the assignment and the role assigned on the day. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests and help create a positive and fun atmosphere

• Ensure guests have an accurate expectation of the experience prior to entering

• Check tickets and ensure experience is operated in a safe manner

• Direct guest to miscellaneous attractions

• Assist children in learning the game skills 

• Run interactive games

• Monitor queues and access to activities

• Complete daily sales reconciliation as required

• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency

• Ensure emergency exits are kept clear of garbage and debris
