Job Title: Recruiter
Duration: 6 months with intent to convert with performance
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Shift: 1St shift (8-5)
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr. on W2 (Without benefits)
Job Description:
INTAKE NOTES:
• 100% onsite, remote or hybrid? 4 days/week onsite; flexible on chosen remote day
• Interview Process (how many rounds, virtual or onsite, etc) 4 steps – manager, a Director of HR, manager's counterpart, and another TA Partner on the team (3 steps will be onsite interviews; the counterpart interview will be Teams)
**Note to suppliers: Please do not exceed 10 years of recruiting experience for this role.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of previous recruiting experience required (agency ok; in-house highly preferred; medical device or technology experience highly preferred). Note to suppliers: Please do not exceed 10 years of recruiting experience for this role.
• Proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with HR colleagues and company leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
• Drive and desire to source, network and inspire highly sought-after talent from various channels.
• Positive and self-motivated individual with desire to work onsite and in person on a fun, competitive and highly talented recruiting team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
