Job Title: Sales Office Associate (Hybrid)

Payrate: $32-$34/Hour on w2

Location: 55 Sebethe Drive, Cromwell CT 06416 (Hybrid, minimum 2 days/week in office)

Duration: 12 months (Contract-to-Hire)

Shift: 1^st Shift (M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Content:

a) Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility:

• Ensure international/domestic customer orders, (EDI/Email), are processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer delivery requirements and to maintain highest possible customer scorecard rating for OTIF.
• Verify order information, including pricing, item quantities, out of stocks, item codes, case pack and shipping details.
• Resolve any order discrepancies or issues with customers or internal teams.
• Coordinate with the Fulfilment Center and Finance teams to ensure monthly gross target is met.
• Maintain/ensure accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Communicate order status and updates to customers.
• Provide off hour support to Fulfilment Center as needed (end of month/quarter/year).
• Handle return authorization issuance process for all customers.
• Coordinate certificate of insurance requests for all customers.
• Provide Trade Spend support. Working with the field, finance, and broker teams to process documents/deductions within the system.
• SHE Responsibility (Ensure that you & your co-workers can leave work at the end of the day in the same good health in which you arrived at work at the day’s start).

Required level of experiences:

• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in ERP software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
