Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: 465 Pan American Drive Suite 11, El Paso, TX, 79907-5630

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:
IT Support technician
Work on small projects though out the site. Install PCs and printers where needed.
Have Hourly walk throughs on the site floor to check and make sure all users are not having any IT issues.
Setup Dashboards to what management needs for site visits and updates.

Skills

• High School diploma or equivariant with 3 plus year experience in the IT field.
  Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  Network Troubleshooting skills. 3 plus year experience.
  Server 2019 and above
  Knowledge in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 360 Enterprise
  Basic label\LaserJet Printer troubleshooting skills.
  Oracle ERP System knowledge (Ability to navigate)
  Customer Service and end user support experience.
  Excellent communication skills
