Select Staffing is now hiring Direct Hire Assistant Store Leader for a Car Wash Company at Millbrae, CA!
Pay Rate: $23/hrs.
Shift schedule: Monday to Sunday, Morning shift and swing shift, 5 days/week, Be able for OT and Weekend
Job Responsibilities:
-Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
-Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; supports Team by providing direction.
-Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members in accordance with company policy.
-Monitors the store's level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
-Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
-Enforces the proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
-Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
-Other duties as assigned.
