Job Title: ** Industrial Maintenance Technician

Preferred Requirements:
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.
- Knowledge of motors and controls.
- Familiarity with CNC machines and the ability to analyze and repair them.
- Understanding of various sanding machines and their components, including wide belt, drum sander, belt sander, edge sander, and palm finishing sander.
- A degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs and repairing doors, windows, and locks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and saws (e.g., grease and oil).
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures.
- Ensure control panels and electric locks are in proper working order.
- Inspect fire extinguishers for proper level readings.
- Assist with light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Construct workstations, tables, carts, etc.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Manager.
Must Have Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and neatness.
- Physical capability to perform duties including bending, squatting, stretching, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly; occasionally lift items weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
- Ability to read and follow written manuals and SOPs.
- Comfortable working with and around machinery, and at heights.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong safety knowledge and awareness; ability to identify and communicate hazards.
- Proficient with basic hand tools (power tools preferred).
