Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical construction projects for Government and Retail clients (think: Fire Stations, Dollar Stores, Restaurants)
- Oversee projects up to $350,000 in electrical scope (part of larger projects)
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and General Contractor on budgets, schedules, and change orders
- Manage all project aspects: manpower, materials, paperwork, and communication
- Ensure code compliance and project quality
- Utilize Pantera software (similar to Procore) - training provided!
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Familiarity with electrical codes and best practices
- Proficient in project management software (Pantera or Procore)
- Competitive salary (up to ~ $90,000) with potential for direct hire
- Flexible schedule with possible remote work (in-office preferred, Marietta, GA 30067)
