Job Description:
- Creating efficient, cost-effective commercial, higher ed, institutional, and light industrial facilities design
- Engineering design for residential and commercial mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and process systems
- Assisting in developing and maintaining project work plan
- Coordinating with electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines
- Modifying designs after quality control review by senior designers or engineers.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the design and drafting of residential, commercial, institutional, or light industrial mechanical systems
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed P.E. or experienced E.I.T. eligible to sit for P.E. exam
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MathCAD
- Current PE highly preferred
Duration: Permanent
Salary: $90-$124K
