Summary:The Project Manager needs to have electrical knowledge but have work in construction as a project manager in the past for 3 plus years. They need to work with the General Contractor on billing, change orders and man hours. They will manage the project from beginning to completion making sure the project is on time and budget.
Required:
- 3 plus years of work experience as a Project Manager in construction for commercial and electrical industry.
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Pandera Software similar products like Procore
- Identify man hours whether it is underground, conduit, low voltage, trim out
- Work daily with the superintendent and GC to be on time and budget
- Daily paperwork reports, timesheets, communications with all parties and invoicing
- Change orders
- Purchasing weekly materials and inventory on existing materials for job
- Communications with all parties keeping project flowing on time and budget
- Understand and keep up with Codes
- Manage Staffing on job and for vendors
- Manage spending, progress and forecasting on job
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $38-$43/hr.
