About the Job: As the sole HR resource, you'll orchestrate all HR functions. Juggling dual roles as HR Business Partner and Manager, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to spearhead strategic HR initiatives while adeptly managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership on projects like leadership development, vendor management, and workforce planning.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full recruitment lifecycle and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Learning & Development: Implement training programs for employee growth.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, oversee benefits with local brokers.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee matters for a positive work environment.
• HR Compliance: Stay updated on HR laws for company compliance.
• Project Management: Drive various HR projects to completion.
• Document Control: Maintain employee records, including healthcare.
• Performance Review: Manage year-end reviews and bonus programs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands on work experience in an on-site human resources role required.
• Minimum of 2 years hands on work experience project management in an HR capacity required.
• Payroll experience is preferred.
• Benefit Administration experience preferred.
• Temporary Service Coordination and scheduling is a plus.
• SHRM certification desirable

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 strong benefits package including fully paid health & bonus plan

Work Style: Onsite M-F with professional flexibility

Hours: 7:30am - 4pm
