Managing Partner/General Manager

Location: Rogers, AR

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 20% Bonus and Benefits

Responsibilities of the Managing Partner:

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, supported by an efficient Management Team.
• Directing and coordinating the work of the Management Team, including assigning responsibilities and creating weekly schedules.
• Managing the performance of the Management Team through coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions for both Management and Hourly employees.
• Maintaining ultimate oversight over food, labor, and liquor costs to ensure financial efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Handling weekly and monthly P&L management, as well as overseeing inventories and budgets.
• Verifying the maintenance of audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards.
• Ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness and adherence to security measures for the safety of employees and guests.
• Overseeing incentive programs for Management and Hourly staff.
• Developing Key employees and Managers through training in employment policies and practices.
• Demonstrating and promoting safe food handling procedures.
• Serving as the primary liaison with vendors and support center contacts.
• Attending regional meetings on a weekly and quarterly basis.
