Self Storage Consulting Group is Hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician Near Ogden, UT
Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our facilities in Utah.
The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.
- NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance
- Pulling weeds and removing debris
- Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
- Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
- Multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
- Train new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locations
- Help prevent maintenance related problems before they arise
- Take inventory of tools
Pay: $21 - $22 hourly
- Paid Holidays
- Use of a 10 x 10 storage after 90-days of employment
- Health, Vision, Dental
- Paid time off
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
