- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Account management for a product based software company
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases, ability to write SQL queries is a bonus
Job Profile:
- Responsible for technical account management for large self-storage operators
- Responsible for software implementation, application training and setting up API interfaces to 3rd party vendors
- Handle application functionality related support tickets from assigned clients
- May involve moderate travel of 1 to 2 days a month
