Job Description
- Provide acquisition, contractual and technical data support to include the development of statements of work, special contract requirements, and delivery schedules and supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining contractual document files.
- Support acquisition/business status review meetings maintaining a database contractual documents and develop and maintain a contractual milestone schedule
- Development of a tool to track contract ceiling, funded cost and fee, by appropriation, and Technical Instruction
- Work with program financial staff to develop/justify/defend program/task budgets
- Develop project metrics (manhours, schedule, dashboard data)
- Perform quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) of project schedules and dashboards along with proactively develop ways of mitigating any potential risks.
- Assist Project Managers with the monitoring and tracking of project objectives.
- Assist technical leads and managers with interacting with Government activities, contract stakeholders, and technical community members to review and document technical progress as well as provide scheduling updates at project reviews as needed.
- Participate in special projects with additional duties, as assigned.
- Must have a basic understanding of financial management policies and regulations
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Experience supporting acquisition for DoD programs
- Experience employing spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization.
