**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and managing the front desk operations. Dental Office Expierience is a MUST!
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate projects and support other administrative staff as needed
**Skills:**
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong order entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform clerical tasks like proofreading documents
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is beneficial
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Capable of coordinating projects efficiently
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
